Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

How can I book a shared transfer?
Shared transfers are bookable here or at each route page. You immediately see the availability and you can book them right away.

How can I book a private transfer?
Please fill in the form here and we'll get back to you within 12 hours.

How can I pay for the transfer?
For a shared transfer, you can pay using your debit/credit card, PayPal or Google Pay. For a private transfer, you can use the same methods plus Revolut, Alipay and WeChat Pay. Read more about our payment methods. No cash payments are possible.

Is it possible to pay a deposit and the rest at the date of travel?
We try to make every process as simple as possible, therefore, only full-amount online payments in advance are possible. Don't worry, the transactions are secured and you can get the full amount back (see bellow).

Can I cancel the ticket?
Yes, you can cancel the ticket anytime before the departure for free. See the full conditions.

Can I modify the ticket?
Yes, just contact us. However, the change is subject to free capacity.

Prices, discounts, and fees

How much does it cost?

In case of a shared transfer, the price is per person and it's shown when booking.
In case of a private transfer, the price is per the whole car (up to 8 people) and we send it in an email with the individual offer.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes, we offer a 50% discount on the shared transfer price for children under 10 years old. Also, the bigger is your group, the less the ticket costs per person. The discount is up to 36%. See each route page for the price list.

Do you charge a transaction fee, large luggage fee or anything like that?

No. We never charge any additional fees.

Is there an extra fee for door-to-door service?

No, pick-up and drop-off is included in the price (if available).

What if I don't know the addresses when booking?

No problem, fill in this form once you're sure where we should pick you up or drop you off. But please do so no later than 18 hours before the departure.

Can I change the pick-up and/or drop-off location?

Yes, you can (within the same city). Please, fill in this form no later than 18 hours before the departure

Can you pick me up / drop me off at the airport?

In case of shared transfer, it's not possible. In case of private one, of course we can.

Transportation

What is the baggage allowance?

Take as much baggage as you want – it’s always included in the price. Our cars are spacious to accommodate all the usual baggage. If you plan to carry some unusual (bulky) things such as stroller, snowboard, skis etc., please let us know in advance. Please note that we don’t carry bikes.

What are the rules for traveling with children?

A child whose body weight does not exceed 36 kg and body height does not exceed 150 cm can only be carried using a child safety seat. It is your duty to ask for the safety seat in advance. Without the safety seat, we cannot carry your group and no refund is possible.

Can I carry animals?

No, unfortunately it's not possible except for guide and assistance dogs.

What if I need a toilet?

Our cars don't have a toilet but you can always ask the driver to stop and he/she finds a decent well-equipped place which accommodates your needs.

Can I smoke an electronic cigarette?

No, it's not allowed to smoke in or near the vehicle, incl. electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco.
